6. Refund policy

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 members have the right to cancel their subscription within 7 working days. Erotic Novels will make a refund payment within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the content of Erotic Novel's Website, including without limitation the text, photographs, illustrations, technologies described, logos, icons, and software, are protected in all forms, media and technologies by intellectual and/or industrial property rights, including without limitation by copyrights, trademarks, data base rights, commercial name, domain name, know-how, models, logo's and designs. b. The Author is the original copyright owner of the materials or has provided written documentation of current copyright ownership.
